Your feedback helps other South African businesses find accounting support they can trust.

Yavele taught me that a tax refund doesn't mean SARS got everything right. A refund can give you false comfort, but you need qualified professionals to verify your return before accepting what SARS tells you. Their expertise made all the difference, and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants their tax affairs done properly.
GVerified Google reviewIndividual tax
I run an accounting business and rely on Mdu at Yavele Consulting for my clients' tax work, both individual and business. His work is thorough and technically sound, and he takes time to analyse the tax implications of clients' plans before decisions are made, rather than just filing returns after the fact. He's responsive, deadlines are met, and clients come away with clarity on where they stand with SARS.

Common questions

Frequently askedquestions

What do I need to register a company?

Certified ID copies of all directors, their contact details and addresses, a few name options and the company's address. We tell you exactly what is needed before we start.

Do I need to register for tax separately?

A new company is registered for income tax through the CIPC process, but VAT and PAYE are separate registrations. We register these when your business needs them.

What happens after registration?

Companies must file an annual return with CIPC every year, keep beneficial ownership details up to date, submit tax returns and keep proper records. We can take care of all of this on a monthly plan.

Can you help me register on the CSD for tenders?

Yes. We register you on the Central Supplier Database and help keep your tax compliance status in good standing, which you need for government work.
